Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well blended.
